We were recently honored to participate in their wonderful Client Appreciation Spring Tea Part with lots of Beautiful Babies and their families with a gift basket that included many wonderful relaxing goodies and a 60 minute massage gift certificate!  Congratulations to Rose who received our basket and a special thanks to the amazing Kristen Pearson who put this event together!  Please click on their link above to learn more about their organization and upcoming classes!

NAU Fling Swing Thing!

Supporting Our NAU Students and their contribution to Flagstaff, Heart and Soul Sanctuary worked with Samantha Stephens to support their event.  The Fling Swing Thing held March 31st - April 2nd was a spring workshop  jumping right into roots of the dance and it all starts with rhythms. Trips, holds, syncopation, and more. Whether an absolute beginner or a seasoned dancer, you will laugh and indeed find some cool footwork and pattern variations to sink your teeth into. 

To help support all who attended Heart and Soul gave 40 gift bag giveaways which included Sugar Scrub with Peppermint Essential Oil for their tired feet, Lavender Essential Oil Bath Salts for their tired mind and muscles and a $20 gift certificate towards any of the services we offer.  For their competition we donated 2 gift baskets that also included two 60 min Couples Massages!
